Ongoing Group or Personal Training
Once you have completed the Gymstart program or if you are already confident with your gym technique you might like to do some ongoing supervised personal or group training sessions with one of our Performance Physio’s.
Individual sessions: 30 minutes
Small Group sessions (Up to 3 people): 45 minutes
*If you have not completed our GymStart program, you will be required to do a 1 hour initial assessment to screen for any current injuries or risks and to assess your current level of competence – this is for your safety and to maximise your benefit from training.
Feel free to warm up and cool down in our gym before and after your session – treadmill, exercise bike, whole body vibration, hypervibe foam roller, Dr Graeme massage tool, whole body vibration relaxation bed.

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Evin graduated with an honours degree in 2013 in Ireland. He is currently completing his Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the NSCA and an accredited member of the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association.
He worked in the world-renowned Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin, within a large multidisciplinary team including orthopaedic consultants, sports and exercise medicine physicians, strength and conditioning coaches and biomechanists. This gave him high exposure to a wide range of musculoskeletal presentations and injuries. In his time there, he was involved in SSC’S world leading research programme delivering rehabilitation for ACL injury and reconstruction and athletic groin pain.
Evin is very interested in the lower limb and uses his knowledge of strength and conditioning to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to performance in the athletic population and return to function in the general population. In his last year, he was lead physiotherapist for the Foot and Ankle stream in the Sports Surgery Clinic where he developed a specialist interest in the area.
He is excited about working in Australia with Physiotec and the new challenge of applying his skills and knowledge base to the Australian population.
Len graduated with a BSc Honours Degree in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin in 2012. He then joined the world renowned Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin, Ireland. In this unique setting with a large multidisciplinary team including orthopaedic consultants, sports and exercise medicine physicians, strength and conditioning coaches and biomechanists, Len was heavily involved in delivering and implementing the hugely successful GROIN and ACL pathways. He was also involved in undergoing research and has a strong interest in biomechanics, orthopaedics, overload and tendon injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Len was team Physiotherapist for Dublin Under 21 Hurlers for two consecutive seasons. He is has a keen interest in Gaelic games, Soccer and Rugby. He also has considerable interest in Strength and Conditioning and is certified in Dry Needling.
Len made the move to Australia to gain an even wider experience and education base, planning to complete a flexible delivery Masters in Physiotherapy Programme at the University of Queensland in the near future. He has undergone intensive training with Dr Alison Grimaldi and is helping Physiotec develop and implement specific, integrated programmes for Hip, Groin, Back, Knee, Hamstring & Running injuries.
Bike Fit Analyst
Eric has been a qualified Physiotherapist since 2004, having worked in a variety of clinical settings from medical centres to holistic health centres before joining PhysioTec. Currently he splits his time between PhysioTec and providing onsite injury management services to a variety of manual handling industries.
His interests in physiotherapy are neck and upper back pain, cycling related pain and injuries and dry needling. Eric is a competitive cyclist himself, runs his own cycling crew, MIA, and is passionate about all things cycling. He provides our bike fit service and is a wealth of knowledge where it comes to balancing optimal performance outcomes and recovery from injury or training fatigue. In his spare time he also enjoys keeping a great looking tropical aquarium.
M Phty (Sports)
Tony gained his Bachelor degree at the University of Sydney and later completed his Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland. Tony has worked in a variety of clinical settings including hospitals, musculoskeletal practices, sports and research. Within physiotherapy he has a particular interest in tendon injuries around the hip, as well as other overuse injuries in the upper and lower limbs.
Anthony is a keen swimmer and runner, and has a strong interest in exercise physiology, bone health and biomechanics. He has also completed pilates training through the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute and additional training in dry needling.
